YES, OUR TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE CAN BE
RENTED AT ANY TIME FOR SHORT TERM OR LONG TERM STAYS!


OUTBACK COTTAGE



Wonderfully private, fully furnished two
bedroom cottage located on cul-de-sac in
West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Barbecue area, picnic deck, indoor hot tub, and sauna just outside the large sliding glass cottage doors.

Well appointed kitchen/living/dining room area, bathroom with tub and shower. Cable TV, VCR, free movies, own telephone with private number. The cottage is over 750 sq. ft. and can sleep from 2 to a comfortable 6 or crowded 8 (if needed). It is located at the back of a 1/2 acre plot, across the swimming pool and yard from the main house.

10 minute drive to downtown Vancouver, 7-15 minutes to local ski hills, 10 minutes to Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal, 7 minutes to B.C. Railway Station, 15 minutes to AmTrak Station, and close to excellent shopping, restaurants, and north shore attractions.

Nature walks on trails along the Capilano River start at the cottage door. You can hike all the way to the top of Grouse Mountain if you want! Maps provided.




SLEEPING

Queen bed in both cottage bedrooms. Double futon in cottage living room. Two single cots and a crib/playpen unit are also available.



SERVICES

As a rental unit, no extra services are provided. The unit will be clean and ready for use when you check-in. Iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies (including vacuum sweeper) are all stored in the cottage. A large supply of clean towels are provided in all units. Directions to nearby laundromat, market, bakery, favourite restaurants and tourist attractions are posted. NOTE: Ingredients for your first mornings breakfast will be stocked in your kitchenette when you arrive!




OUTBACK COTTAGE is available for rent on a
daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
